Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Metric25, operated by MIND BLOWING LTD in United Kingdom, with a registered address at Office 15753 Initial Business Centre, Unit 7 Wilson Business Park, Manchester, United Kingdom, M40 8WN, and the facial analysis service available at https://metric25.com/ (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service lets you upload facial photos, receive a facial structure analysis, and optionally purchase a full AI-generated report, model portraits, and occasion plans. The Service is provided "as is" for educational and personal-styling purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

2. Accounts & Guest Access

You can use parts of the Service as a guest without registering. Some features (such as saving results or purchasing a report) require sign-in via email magic code.

1. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
2. You must provide accurate information, including a valid email address, when signing in.
3. You may use the Service only if you are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. User Content & License

You own the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use that photo and the derived facial analysis data solely to provide the Service to you, including generating your report and model portraits. This license ends when you delete the corresponding snapshot or your account, subject to our backups and legal requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

Our AI Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and applies to all AI-generated reports, portraits, and styling images.

You agree not to:

1. Upload photos of anyone other than yourself without that person's consent, or upload content you have no right to use.
2. Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others.
3. Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with the Service, its data, or its infrastructure.
4. Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms beyond normal use.
5. Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Payments & Redemption Codes

Full reports are a one-time purchase priced as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Some promotions use redemption codes: a full-discount code unlocks a report directly; a partial-discount code is applied at checkout. Redemption codes are single-use, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or sold.

6. Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting us, provided you have not downloaded the report. If a refund is granted, access to your online report and associated content will be removed. Outside of this 7-day window, purchases are final except where required by applicable law.

7. Educational & Non-Medical Disclaimer

The Service provides facial structure analysis and styling suggestions for educational and entertainment purposes only. It does not provide medical, health, surgical, or professional advice. Analysis results are based on algorithmic measurements and AI interpretation, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on the Service for any medical or health decision. If you have concerns about your health, consult a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, algorithms, designs, text, and content (other than your uploaded photos), is owned by Metric25 and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13) will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
