1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the Service:

1. Facial photos you upload. We receive the photos you choose to upload for facial analysis.
2. Facial geometry data. When you upload a photo, our software detects 478 facial landmarks and computes measurements (such as face shape, proportions, and symmetry) in your browser and on our servers.
3. Your profile information. If you choose to provide it, we store your birth year, gender, and display name so we can personalize your report and occasion plans.
4. Your email address. We use your email for magic-code sign-in and, if you choose to opt in, to send you your results link and tips.
5. Payment information. When you purchase a report, the payment itself is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; we receive only the transaction outcome and a reference.
6. Technical and usage information. We collect basic device, browser, and usage data to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

1. Provide and operate the Service, including facial analysis, report generation, and occasion plans.
2. Authenticate you via magic-code sign-in and restore your previous results.
3. Process payments and deliver purchased reports.
4. Improve the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Send you emails you explicitly opt into (such as your results link or our glow-up tips series).

3. AI Processing

To generate your full report, your facial photos and geometry data are sent to third-party AI providers (via OpenRouter) that we engage to perform the analysis. This includes generating an AI-written report and three model portraits based on your face. We instruct these providers not to collect or use your inputs for their own purposes, but processing is subject to the applicable terms of those providers. Your photos are never sold.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with service providers who help us operate the Service:

1. Stripe, to process your payments.
2. Our AI providers (via OpenRouter), to generate your report and portraits.
3. Our hosting, storage, and database providers (including Cloudflare and InstantDB), to store and serve your data.
4. Authorities, when we are legally required to disclose information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your photos, analysis results, and account data for as long as needed to provide the Service or until you ask us to delete them. You can delete individual snapshots from your dashboard, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live (in particular, if you are in the UK or EU), you may have the right to:

1. Access the personal information we hold about you.
2. Correct inaccurate information (such as your profile).
3. Delete your photos, analyses, and account data.

7. Data Security
