AI Acceptable Use Policy

This AI Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies when you use the AI-generated reports, model portraits, and styling images available through Metric25 at https://metric25.com/. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Your Responsibility

You may use the Service only with photos and other material that you have the right to use. You are responsible for your uploads, the requests made through your account, and how you use or share generated content.

2. Prohibited Content and Uses

You must not use the Service to create, request, upload, edit, or share content in any of the following categories:

1. Sexual or NSFW content, including pornography, explicit nudity, sexual services, fetish content, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
2. Violence or graphic content, including depictions that celebrate, encourage, or provide instructions for serious physical harm, torture, gore, or violent crime.
3. Hateful content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes discrimination against a person or group based on a protected characteristic.
4. Child-unsafe content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or content that facilitates harm to a child. We have zero tolerance for this material.
5. Deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, including using another person's likeness without authorization to mislead, defraud, harass, damage their reputation, or falsely suggest that they said, did, or endorsed something.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement, including uploading material you do not have permission to use or generating content that unlawfully copies protected works, brands, logos, characters, or other intellectual property.

You must not try to bypass safety controls, disguise prohibited requests, or use generated content to facilitate illegal activity.

3. Consent and Likeness Rights

The Service is designed for personal facial analysis and styling. Use your own photos. If you submit another person's photo, you must have that person's informed permission and all rights required for the intended use. Public availability of a photo does not by itself give you permission to create a portrait or impersonate the person shown.

4. How We Moderate AI Content

We limit image generation to predefined facial-analysis and personal-styling workflows. The Service does not offer a public prompt feed or public gallery. Our AI providers may apply their own safety checks and reject requests or outputs under their policies.

We review safety reports sent to hi@metric25.com. When reasonably necessary to investigate a report, protect users, or comply with law, MIND BLOWING LTD may review relevant account activity, uploads, prompts created by the Service, and generated outputs. Safety controls can make mistakes and do not reduce your responsibility to follow this Policy.

5. Reporting Prohibited Content

Report suspected violations to hi@metric25.com with the subject "AIGC Safety Report." Include the relevant URL or account details, a description of the concern, and supporting screenshots if available. Do not attach suspected CSAM or redistribute it. Tell us where it appeared instead.

We review reports and may ask for more information. If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Reports involving suspected child exploitation may be preserved and referred to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

6. Enforcement

Depending on the nature, severity, and history of a violation, we may:

1. Reject or stop a generation request.
2. Remove or restrict access to generated content.
3. Warn the account holder or require corrective action.
4. Suspend or permanently terminate access to the Service.
5. Preserve relevant records or report conduct to service providers, rights holders, or authorities when required or permitted by law.

7. Changes and Contact
